that’s impressive alright. if i didn’t loathe Verizon i’d invest in a second. but they have always provided me and every other Verizon customer i’ve ever known with the most consistently, inexcusably abominable customer service of any company i’ve ever dealt with. for that reason, i have avoided their services and their stock like the plague for many years now and will continue to do so for the rest of my life, unless i hear a whole lot of reliable accounts of how vastly their customer service has improved.
to date, however, i haven’t heard a one.
Being a grudge holder is one way to look at Verizon. I prefer to look at the money I have made over the years with this stock. For me it’s all about the money, it’s the reason I invest.
